What We Learned: NADTC’s 2023 National Survey of Transportation Providers
The survey was intended to update data collected in a previous Transportation Provider Survey conducted in 2019, as well as identify work being done by transportation providers to address coordination and diversity, equity and inclusion. The Provider Survey Report describes the experiences and perspectives of the 445 transportation providers who responded. Topics to be covered in this webinar include the most frequent services offered to older adults and people with disabilities, challenges, initiatives and primary funding sources. Speakers from NADTC will present the findings.
