The Morality Matrix: Understanding Ethical Decision Making
Ethical decision-making isn’t always presented in neatly packaged “ethical dilemmas.” In reality, the complex moral questions we encounter daily are not labeled as such, making it challenging to apply the decision-making skills from ethics training. The Morality Matrix addresses this gap by helping participants recognize and address these often-overlooked ethical issues. This engaging and educational presentation equips attendees with the essential hard and soft skills necessary to consistently practice ethical behavior in their professional roles.
