The goal of this course is to help transit professionals learn the necessary skills for reporting urban data to the NTD internet reporting website.
There is certainly more impacting health outcomes than what goes on at the hospital or the doctor’s office. Social Determinants of Health are the non-clinical factors that drive health outcomes for individuals and communities.
