Discover the long-awaited update to the Washington State Volunteer Driver Guidebook. Based on National RTAP’s Volunteer Driver Program Toolkit, this nationally recognized resource supports the creation and expansion of volunteer driver programs. Sponsored by WSDOT, National RTAP, and the Colorado Association of Transit Agencies, the updated, user-friendly guide provides practical guidance, best practices, and lessons learned from successful programs across the country. Panelists will share insights, case studies, and tools to help agencies enhance mobility through volunteer transportation.
