Human Trafficking 101 for Transportation Workers
ATA is hosting a free webinar, Human Trafficking 101 for Transportation Workers, presented by Partners Against Trafficking Humans (PATH). This webinar is designed to create awareness and teach prevention of human trafficking and sexual abuse, as well as provide transportation workers the knowledge to identify signs of trafficking and sexual abuse. It will include:
- What is human trafficking?
- How are people trafficked?
- Who are the victims and perpetrators?
- How to spot victims and perpetrators (red flags and warning signs)
- How to communicate with victims
- How to help victims
- Reporting protocols
