Human Services Webinar I- Vaccination Access and Transportation

This webinar will feature speakers from three vaccination projects who will discuss how their unique programs are reaching older adults and people with disabilities in their communities who need help accessing vaccination services. Providing transportation to vaccination sites is seen as a key vaccination promotion activity. Attendees will also learn about the Aging and Disability Vaccination Collaborative (ADVC) that provides funding to organizations across the aging and disability networks to perform varied activities and outreach, like hosting community vaccine clinics, providing in-home vaccinations and providing transportation to vaccination sites.
