Enabling Indoor Navigation to Support Complete Trips
The ITS4US – All Access Buffalo project is developing a Complete Trip Planner application (the “All Access” app) that will provide users the ability to pre-plan a scheduled trip using many mobility modes, including public transportation, autonomous or human-driven shuttle services, and walking. The goal is to provide “turn by turn” trip plans, including the ability to plan and navigate routes indoors at two facilities – Kaleida Buffalo General Hospital and Visually Impaired Advancement (VIA).
This webinar will focus on the indoor navigation component of the All Access solution. We intend to present the technology involved, features and implementation considerations, and present a demonstration of indoor navigation in action.
