The SMS in Practice: Advancing Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance workshop explores common challenges identified during FTA technical assistance center inquires, audits, and Agency Safety Plan reviews, including: o Identifying hazards, consequences, and risks o Distinguishing causal factors critical to determining safety mitigations o Prioritizing risks through in-depth analysis o Monitoring the effectiveness of safety mitigations Space is limited to 50 participants due to the interactive format. A waitlist will be provided. If there is a high demand, more virtual workshops may be offered.
