NADTC Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lunch & Learn
This Lunch and Learn session will feature Sheri Dixon, Director of Revenue, Hampton Roads Transit who will discuss the significant equity impacts of transportation planning and programming and how transportation, as “the great equalizer,” can play an important role in improving social mobility by transforming the livability, sustainability, mobility and workability for all communities. Attendees will hear about the challenges, successes and strategies to address and improve equity for transportation dependent communities.
