REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that the Arkansas Transit Association, 620 West Broadway, North Little Rock, AR, is seeking Letters of Interest for qualified entities to provide professional landscape architectural services.

1. GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICES

               The selected firm(s) will provide professional landscape services, to include but not limited to, planning, design, contract procurement and construction management.  The anticipated services will encompass site analysis, landscape design planning, construction specifications and cost estimates, contract installation procurement and project management oversight.  These services will be for rehabilitation and enhancement of the existing landscape environment at the above stated address.

2. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

               Submissions must be received in PDF format no later than 3:00 p.m. ( CST) on February 20, 2025.  Late submissions will not be considered.  Responses must be emailed to jgilbert@arktransit.org  subject line “LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES”.  Responses to this solicitation must include:

• Cover letter with primary contact information.
• Description of relevant experience with similar projects.
• Qualifications of key team members.
• Approach and methodology for delivering the proposed services.
• References and recommendations, if available, including contact information.
• Architect-Engineer Qualifications Standard Form 330 Parts I and II.
• Current copy of the DFA Illegal Immigrant Contractor Disclosure Form (ACA 19-11-105).
• Copy of the firm’s equal employment opportunity policy required (ACA 19-11-104).

3. EVALUATION CRITERIA

• General technical capabilities – 20 points
• Availability and capacity to provide required services – 10 points
• General and professional – 10 points
• Past work performance – 10 points
• Qualifications and experience with similar projects – 20 points
• TOTAL POINTS FOR LETTER OF INTEREST – 70 POINTS
