Transit Field Supervisor – City of Jonesboro

The City of Jonesboro is seeking a Transit Field Supervisor to oversee daily transit operations, supervise staff, ensure safety compliance, and support fixed route and paratransit services. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, customer service, conducting ride checks, handling incidents, and assisting with route planning and dispatching as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 4 years related experience with supervisory experience preferred
• Arkansas CDL Class B with Passenger endorsement required
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

This is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing.

Position based at GOJO Headquarters in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
