PROBLEM PASSENGERS & ASSAULT PREVENTION

We are pleased to announce our newest course, Problem Passengers & Assault Prevention. Designed for drivers at any experience level, this 1.5-hour course is available in individual on-demand, group on-demand, and on-site/in-person formats ($15 members/$35 non-members).

Drivers will learn strategies and tips for handling many of the passenger-related challenges they face every day, including:

• Managing Disruptive Behavior
• Uncooperative Passenger Behavior
• Dealing with Threats (Non-Assault)
