ATA’s Board of Directors chose Justin Avery, Chief Executive Officer of Rock Region METRO, to fill a recent vacancy. RRM is the largest urban transit system in the state.

Avery graduated with a master’s degree in accounting from Hendrix College and is a Certified Public Accountant. He joined Rock Region Metro in 2012 and served as its Chief Financial Officer for ten years before assuming his current role.

In addition to the Arkansas Transit Association, Justin also serves on the boards of the ATA Workers Compensation Trust Fund and Metroplan.
