Arkansas Transit Association (ATA) is selling the vehicle described below by sealed bid.  Bids must be received by ATA no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.  Complete the bid form linked below and return it to:  Ann Gilbert, Executive Director, Arkansas Transit Association, 620 West Broadway St, North Little Rock, AR  72114.  On the front of the envelope, prominently write “SEALED BID FOR VEHICLE”.  Bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 19 at the ATA office.  ATA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, including those below the reserve price.

Bid Form and Solicitation for Bids

This vehicle will be sold as-is, without any warranties, expressed or implied. Any successful bidder must pay by certified check or cashier’s check within three business days of bid acceptance/selection and will then have five business days to pick up the vehicle. Any successful bidder will be responsible for their own insurance and maintenance upon purchase of the vehicle.
